Lightweight, But a Definite Workhorse

Finding a heavier-duty casting reel that also has an ergonomic design can be quite challenging, but a manufacturer with a lot of experience in this area can make it happen.

The 13 fishing concept A reels are designed for hours and hours of enjoyable fishing. They’re easy and fun to cast and will outlast and outfish any reel you have used before. With an 8.1:1 gear ratio, it only weighs about 6.7 ounces.

My pitching machine is awesome. I love it. It gets people excited about my brand and it lets me flip pitches for a great price. It’s light and easy to carry, and because it’s so efficient, you can keep more of those big bass alive and healthy to catch and release later.

Therefore, this is a very light and comfortable spinning reel that is perfect for all types of freshwater and saltwater fishing. It has a stainless steel body, a chrome-plated gearbox, and an aluminum spool.

The molded-in handgrip is soft rubber. This is a premium, top-of-the-line fishing reel at an affordable price.

If you want a casting rod to use with your new Concept A, then I would recommend you choose the 13 fishing tickle stick fishing rod for additional performance.

Great Drag System:

This spool of Line has a 22 lbs bulldog drag system that stays put no matter how hard you drag it and doesn’t ever slip or release a single strand of the line at any point during the day. The drag system will work for any size bass, and even better if you use this system on smaller sizes.

You can’t catch bass that is hiding in the trees once you’ve mastered it. I wrapped a piece of string around my hand and pulled at it to make sure it didn’t cut me.

Shallow water fishing is huge for big fish. It’s just not as efficient as deep water for catching small fish but for big fish… it’s almost impossible to beat.

Paddles:

Paddles aren’t just for surfers. These lightweight, multi-purpose paddles are perfect for beginners who want to try water sports out in the boonies or anyone.

Handle:

As you might expect, if you have a low-profile casting reel, over time you’ll find some less-than-ideal casting reels. Sometimes it’s difficult to find the hook on a fly, especially when you’re trying to catch a tough, uncooperative fish.

With these special “Eyes Only” designed for fishing in the shallows, the small, difficult-to-locate handle makes it easy to control even large, unruly fish.

The concept reels are designed for use on Concept A, but the quality of the footage you capture on Concept A reels is high.

When you are fishing for a big catch, it is important to have the right equipment. And this 13 Fishing Concept A Reel is no exception. It features an oversized handle and is ready for the fight.

If you’re ever bitten by a dog and you feel like you need a second pair of hands, the dog-bite recovery device will locate the handle within seconds.

It’s fast, easy to use, and will save you the hassle of searching for the handle. I’ve noticed those too. It’s a good idea to have some sort of “grabber” on the end of the paddle to help you grab the kayak in case you capsize or if you need to do a rescue.

Excellent Durability:

Some individuals are concerned regarding the durability of cork, but I have completed hundreds and hundreds of angles with it and it still looks the same as the moment I saw it in the meat.

This is the longest-lasting lip balm I’ve ever tried. It has a wonderful, smooth texture and absolutely no stickiness.

If you just touched a fish or are fishing in a rough climate, this insert keeps your hand from falling and helps you get a firm grip on the thumb bar. It also allows you to use the thumb bar quite efficiently.

Casting Range:

It is a pleasure to pitch the 13 Fishing Concept A. It’s a reel that can throw different weights of lure. While using a 20-pound braid, I have been able to cast weights as small as 1/6 ounce, but that was about the bottom of my comfort zone. The reel did well when going for the longest distance.

Incredibly Smooth:

The 13 Fishing Concept A is incredibly smooth and comfortable to utilize. At this price point, it’s a no-brainer for a consumer to buy this product.

This cast aluminum rod includes 6 ball bearings, 3 being anti-corrosive and 3 being stainless steel, with an awesome and smooth roller bearing that qualifies for foolish casting distance and extremely soft rescue, even when it’s beneath a big load.

The aluminum chassis of this reel is so light, you can easily take it anywhere, even when you are fully loaded down with all your gear.

It’s extremely durable and will last forever. I’ve declined it and hit it around in my truck and vessel without any defeat of structural or motorized blamelessness.

It’s the Arrowhead line guide design that has also been pretty impressive to me. There are a lot of systems out there that claim to automate leveling the spool for you, but this is the only one I’ve used that works and feels smooth and natural during a fishing session.

Whether you use a casting reel, an improvised target, a simple piece of string, or a complicated gadget made by your engineer uncle, the line will be straight every time.

Pros:

  • Lightweight and durable.
  • Great drag system and is incredibly smooth.
  • The drag is strong and has powers.
  • The frame is super small and doesn’t sacrifice line capacity.
  • It can be easily adjusted for hassle-free casting.
  • The cork is useful, even though it looks cool.

Cons:

  • Not found yet.

Final Verdict

If you are in the market for a new baitcasting reel, I highly recommend reviewing the 13 Fishing Concept A Casting Reel. It has all the features that true bass anglers crave, and it comes at a very reasonable price.

You can’t go wrong with this fly fishing rod. The reels are lightweight, strong, and super smooth wonders they have been the choice of many anglers for years.
